As I shared previously I am desperate for some holiday decor and decided to make my own. I came across this cute project over at Splitcoast Stampers. You can find all the cutting dimensions

For my project I used the Hooligans level 2 paper pack and 2 of my favorite felt adhesive backed Hooligan shapes (Z1332). This project was super easy and super quick.
